Some weeks back Infinix made their glorious entry into the Indian smartphone market with Infinix Note 4 and Hot 4 Pro. Looks like they might do the same for Infinix Zero 4 and Zero 4 Plus.
Infinix Zero 4 is their top smartphone for last year and it command top premium specs. The smartphone is also the successor of the Infinix Zero 3 which had a massive 20.7 MP camera.
The Zero 4 comes with 16 MP camera at the back. though but feature advanced camera technology like Sony IMX298 Exmor RS lens, OIS, Dual tone LED flash.
The Sony IMX298 sensor offer excellent image quality for mid-range smartphones and has been seen in devices like the OnePlus 3T which uses the Soney IMX298 Sensor for its rear-facing camera, and Huawei Mate 8 flagship which also feature Kirin 950 chipset.
At the front you have 8 MP camera for the Zero 4 and the Zero 4 Plus but the Infinix Zero 4 Plus comes with 20.7 MP camera at the back.
Infinix Zero 4 feature 5.5-inch FHD display and it is finished with full aluminum body.
Other specs of the Infinix Zero 4 are MTK Octa-core processor, Xcharger, 3200 mAh battery, Android 6.0 (upgradable to Android 7.0 Nougat) with XOS, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage (expandable to up to 128 GB with SD card), and back mounted fingerprint scanner.
On the other hand, the Infinix Zero 4 Plus comes with Deca-Core 2.1 GHz with Helio X20 (MT6797M) chipset and Mali-T880, Xcharger, 4000 mAh battery, Android 6.0 Marshmallow (upgradable to Android 7.1.1 Nougat) with XOS, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB or 64 GB ROM (expandable to up to 128 GB with micro SD card) 5.98-inch full HD display and back mounted fingerprint scnner.
Both devices feature 4G LTE network.
The Infinix Zero 4 is priced at $300 (Rs 19,300 approximately), while the Zero 4 Plus is slightly costlier at $370 (Rs 23,800 approximately).
It is yet to be confirmed whether the smartphones will be launched in India, but the news of the launch of the two Zeros in India has been around for a while.
The smartphones are currently being teased in Flipkart and will likely sell exclusively on Flipkart if they finally made their way into the Indian smartphone market.
With the launch of the Infinix Zero 5 coming closer, it will be interesting to see whether Infinix will continue with that plan or will they switch it with that of Zero 5.
